Iced jasmine green tea

While we were in Colorado on vacation I got semi-addicted to Lipton's Green Tea with Citrus iced tea. I decided I needed to be a bit healthier when I got back, but the cravings didn't subside and over the past few weeks I've been trying to replicate the flavor. Today I got close. I am recording it here for my own reference.

Ingredients†

• 2 large "iced tea" green tea bags
• 2 large "iced tea" decaf green tea bags (so I can drink it at night, too)
• 3 regular jasmine green tea bags
• ¼-½ cup honey
• ¼-½ cup lemon juice
• 3 quarts boiling water
• ice and cold water

† - I used HyVee "store brand" for all the ingredients...well, except for the water and ice.

Directions

Bring the water to a boil and then remove from heat and steep tea for five minutes. Add lemon, honey and ice to gallon pitcher. Then pour in hot tea and enough cold water to fill the pitcher. Stir. Drink copiously. Mmmm...

My 15th 14er
